vq8 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Introduction

Welcome to vq8. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules and obligations that apply to every person who accesses or uses the vq8 platform, whether through the website at vq8.im, the Android app, or any other access method we may provide.

Providing false information — including but not limited to a false date of birth, false identity documents, or a name that does not match your payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

1.3 One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one active account on vq8. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person — identified by matching personal details, device information, IP address, payment methods or any other indicators — we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and retain any winnings generated through duplicate accounts.

1.4 Account Security

Your account credentials — username, password, and any linked payment details — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. vq8 will not be liable for any losses or unauthorised activity on your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately through the support channels listed on the platform.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1 Deposit Methods

vq8 supports deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts — meaning you cannot use someone else's JazzCash wallet or bank account to fund your vq8 balance, even with their permission.

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and may be updated from time to time. Check the current limits in the app or on the website before initiating a transfer.

2.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Before your first withdrawal, vq8 may ask you to complete identity verification by providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID. This is a standard process and is necessary to protect against fraud and ensure withdrawals reach the correct person.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. Raast transfers are usually faster. Specific timeframes are displayed in the withdrawal section of the platform and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

2.4 Currency

All transactions on vq8 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. The amount you deposit, play with, and withdraw is always displayed and processed in PKR.

2.5 Failed or Disputed Transactions

If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with proof of the transaction — a screenshot of the JazzCash or Easypaisa confirmation, or a bank transfer receipt. Do not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider before contacting us, as doing so may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

3. Games and Fairness

3.1 Game Availability

vq8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after you have already opted in, any qualifying deposits or bets placed prior to the cancellation will be honoured under the original terms where reasonably practicable.

5. Responsible Gaming
